People are the church, but some people are unable to attend in-person worship or activities because of acute or long-term illness, immunocompromising conditions, mobility limitations, and more. The caregiving ministries not only help people feel connected, but help keep them connected. Through hospital visits, residential visits, cards, emails, letter, or phone calls, our caregivers keep those who home-bound in touch with the community and the church. Caregivers also reach out to those who not restricted from attendance, recognizing birthdays, birth or adoption of a child, anniversaries, and other celebrations. The caregiving team is an extension of the pastoral office. The caregiving team in regular communication with the pastor.
