United Methodist Men

The Fishermen of Men is our local chapter of the United Methodist Men and they are involved in projects around the community. The group meets at the church's Fellowship Hall on the fourth Saturday monthly at 8:00 a.m. for breakfast and a guest speaker. They prepare and serve a pancake breakfast on the fifth Sunday of  months with five Sundays.

The Spit-n-Shine group is an informal group that maintains the buildings and grounds of the campus (followed by doughnuts or pastries, coffee, and a few stories). They meet at 7:00 a.m. on Wednesdays during hot weather and 8:00 a.m. during cold weather.

R.O.M.E.O. (Retired Old Men Eating Out) is a group of men who gather monthly at one of the local restaurants for the purpose of getting together and socializing. Though the name indicates it is only for retired men, the group is open to any man who is available to join them. Lunch gatherings are usually at 11:30 a.m. on the third Wednesday of each month.

Son-risers is a weekly Bible Study on Wednesday morning at 8:00 a.m. The group studies and discusses the scripture passages from the previous week's lectionary. They meet in the Fellowship Hall classroom 5.
